Privacy notice

STO links your Discord member ID to your published league driver after Roblox authorization and your Discord confirmation. We request only Roblox identity and public profile. Passwords are handled by Roblox, never STO. OAuth tokens are used transiently and are not saved. Verification sessions expire after 10 minutes and are cleaned up by the bot.

Attendance is stored for up to one year. Confirmed attendance changes are sent to the configured team owner. Audit entries are retained for 90 days. League links remain until removed. Use /sto-forget to delete your link, verification session, attendance and audit entries; large histories may require repeating the command. Previously sent Discord messages and owner DMs are not deleted by that command.

Relevant messages may be sent to enabled Cloudflare Workers AI or Groq for attendance interpretation and replies, with published league context. Personal role questions may include your current Discord role labels and verified website profile. When you reply to the bot, an abbreviated copy of that bot message provides context. To reduce repetition, up to four short previous bot replies to you may accompany banter requests. These are held only in working memory, ignored after ten minutes and cleared by /sto-forget or restart. Earlier user messages are not included. Account credentials and Discord IDs are not intentionally included in AI prompts. Cloudflare hosts the bot and its private storage. Spam counters expire automatically; question blocks last 15 minutes. Contact STO server administrators for data or verification issues.
